International Add-Ons
For Internationals, there will be oppotunity to purcahse add-ons for the week of the camp.
Pick up from Local Airports, Train and Bus Stations
The cost for this service will be £5 per person each way. Please e-mail the international team on international@charnwood.org for more information. Our International Travel to the UK page has more information about our local pickup points.
Onsite Hosting and Catering Option
This is for the week of the camp with a UK hosting group. Onsite with a UK Group means you do not have to bring heavy catering equipment and tents with you. It is a wonderful sharing of International Friendship working together as a team. The cost for our on-site hosting is £65 per person

PARTICIPANTS 1
- Scouts (10.5 to 14)
- Guides (10 to 14)
- Date of Birth will be between 3rd August 2004 and 27th July 2009
PARTICIPANTS 2
- Explorers (14-17)
- Rangers and Young Leaders (14-17)
- Date of Birth will be between 3rd August 2001 and 27th July 2005
GROUP LEADERS
- 18 years and over
- Date of Birth before 27th July 2001
YOUNG LEADERS
- 14-17 years
- Date of Birth will be between 3rd August 2001 and 27th July 2005
- Young leaders DO NOT take part in activities
- Maximum of 2 per group
The Cost
PARTICIPANTS 1 & 2 camp fee is £170
GROUP LEADERS (18 years and over) camp fee is £50
YOUNG LEADERS (14-17 years old) camp fee is £50

Catering Outlets
Charnwood 2019 has it’s own Onsite Food Court called Refuel. Open from 7am to late where campers will be able to purchase Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner plus other hot snacks and refreshments through out the day:
- The Hi-Octane Cafe serving fresh coffee and cake
- Electric cafe serving fresh milk shakes and various cold drinks
- LPG (Like Proper Grub) – serving daily food for groups who want a break from cooking.
LPG Costs
Breakfast Served from 7am – 9am
- Bacon / Veggie Sausage / Sausage bap – £2.50
- Full English – £3.50
Lunch (Collect 7am to 9am as a grab bag)
- Sandwich, Crisps, Cereal Bar, Fruit – £3.00
Dinner (5pm – 7:30pm)
- Set Menu each day – £5
Have the Day Off!
- Provide Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner – £10 per person
